Tourist tax
The tourist tax has a cost of € 2 per person for the apartments and € 1.50 for the rooms. You pay for ages 12 and up. It is paid only until the seventh night.
Cancellazioni
PENALI
Per prenotazioni a breve termine massimo 2 notti
Le cancellazioni devono pervenire per iscritto (e-mail) almeno 3 giorni prima della data di arrivo.
Per cancellazioni oltre tale termine o per mancata presentazione del cliente (No-Show) verrà addebitato un importo pari ad una notte di pernottamento (caparra).
Per prenotazioni a lungo termine e superiori a 2 notti
Le cancellazioni devono pervenire per iscritto (e-mail) almeno 14 giorni prima la data di arrivo.
Per prenotazioni in periodo di alta e altissima stagione la comunicazione deve pervenire 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo.
Per cancellazioni oltre il termine indicato verrà addebitato un importo pari al 100% del totale pernottamenti . Per mancata presenza del cliente (No-Show) verrà addebitato il totale dell’importo.
Per cancellazioni di gruppi di 10 o più persone
Per gruppi o per prenotazioni di almeno tre camere, è previsto un acconto pari al 50% dell’intero pernottamento e le eventuali variazioni o cancellazioni devono pervenire almeno 14 giorni prima della data data di arrivo e comunque non sono decurtabili dall’importo che viene versato come caparra, quindi non rimborsabile.
Partenze anticipate
Per partenze anticipate alla data della prenotazione è previsto il pagamanto di una penale del 100%.
