Tourist tax
The tourist tax has a cost of € 2 per person for the apartments and € 3,00 for the rooms. You pay for ages 12 and up. It is paid only until the seventh night.
Cancellations
CANCELLATION POLICY
For short-term bookings of up to 2 nights
Cancellations must be made in writing (by email) at least 3 days before the date of arrival.
For cancellations after this deadline or for no-shows, an amount equal to one night’s stay (deposit) will be charged.
For long-term bookings of more than 2 nights
Cancellations must be received in writing (e-mail) at least 14 days before the date of arrival.
For bookings during high and peak season, notification must be received 30 days before the date of arrival.
For cancellations after the specified deadline, an amount equal to 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged. For no-shows, the total amount will be charged.
For cancellations of groups of 10 or more people
For groups or bookings of at least three rooms, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay is required, and any changes or cancellations must be received at least 14 days before the date of arrival and in any case cannot be deducted from the amount paid as a deposit, which is therefore non-refundable.
Early departures
For departures prior to the date of the booking, a penalty of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
